Mexican Stud (Roll Your Own)
Players: 3-10
Initial Deal: 2 cards are dealt down to each player.
Betting:
After the initial two cards are dealt each player rolls one of their cards over. High Card\Hand showing or bet in rotation.

Play:
After the initial deal and betting round continue dealing rounds of down cards. After each round dealt all players flips over their choice of cards. After the 5th card is dealt and a choice is flipped the players should have 1 down card and 4 up cards on the table.

Variations:
Last Card Down: Deal the last card down and do not flip a card on the 5th round..
7 Card: Deal 3 cards cown to start. Flip one. Deal the cards 4,5,6 and flip players choice after each round. Deal the 7th card up.
Low Hand: Low hand on the table wins. You can also do a split pot where High hand and Low hand split the pot.
Wild Cards: Choose a wild cards before the hand begins (dealers choice). To keep player in longer you can always do a LAST CHANCE WILD. After round 4 betting flip a card into the middle of the table face up. This is now wild. Deal the 5th card as normal. People will stay just to see if the wild card can help a bad hand.
Canadian rules: Adds more hands to the winning combinations. 4 card straight beats a pair, 4 card flush beats a 4 card straight, 2 pairs beats a 4 card flush.
